We're proud to serve the very best of British meats from our Carvery. All of our joints are sourced from British Red Tractor Assured farms. Our Carvery selection changes daily and today’s roasted joints will be a selection from the following:

Matured Saxon beef - Norfolk turkey - Stuffed belly pork - Outdoor bred gammon - West Country shoulder of lamb - Plus Our homemade pie of the day

All served with a homemade Yorkshire pudding, chipolata sausage and stuffing, accompanied by your choice of freshly prepared vegetables and topped off with our roast onion (v) or roast meat gravy. Don't forget to help yourself to our selection of condiments.

PARTIES	We can cater for parties of up to 20 people in an area of the restaurant by prior arrangement. Buffets can be supplied and we have a large TV screen that can be used in the area - laptops can be connected for slideshows etc.

Shaw Farm is located in a beautiful setting on the edge of South Woodham Ferrers with the A130 about four minutes drive away. The original listed building, which is the restaurant, used to be a farm and dates back to the 17^th Century. It looks like a quaint cottage with rose gardens to the front. There is a huge back garden and lake with ducks to feed and play boats. The tables have umbrellas to shade you from the sun and there is seating for 672 people! Inside there are wooden beams and two log burning fires for winter warmth. The bar is relatively new and has a traditional theme. We are very family orientated and cater for children, you and your family can enjoy a delicious carvery meal or good food from our bar menu. You can dine throughout, enjoying the carvery in the bar or restaurant with the restaurant offering full table service.
