Roaring Donkey
is a large 2 roomed Hungry Horse pub with rich coloured decor and comfortable seating,
a great environment to relax. Our sports
bar for the over 18's has plenty of screens then we have our family
friendly lounge / eating area. Outside there is a great beer garden which is
very popular with families. The Roaring Donkey is only 500 metres from
the coast and 2 miles from Clacton town centre. We are well situated for a large range of people from local residents to
holidaymakers alike. Whatever the time of year we have an excellent
extensive menu from which to choose a hearty meal with each dish full of flavour,
served by friendly staff. We attract a good mixture of
customers from younger people having a drink in the sports bar to older residents who
find the lounge an especially welcoming place to relax. Bring your
