 The Parsons Barn
is located next to a supermarket in the small town of
Shoeburyness. A distinctive old listed building in the shape of an old
barn, it has been a pub for over thirty years. Inside there is a big old fireplace
and items you would expect in an old barn such as an old cart, scythes
hanging on the walls and timber everywhere. In April 2008 we benefit
from a re-paint which gave us a fresher look. The atmosphere in
here is second to none. Everyone walking in will feel immediately at home.
Newcomers and visitors comment on the friendliness and warm welcome they
receive from local regulars and staff alike. Some visitors come on a
regular basis like the family from London who visit family in the town and
always come in for a drink. Food is popular here
and we offer a varied range of dishes.
Your meal can be enjoyed throughout the pub or in the
garden during the summer months. For those wanting to enjoy a pub game
over a pint, we have a dart board. Come and see us
soon to experience the ambience. You will receive a very warm welcome. |
