REFURBISHMENT |
We had a major refurbishment
in Summer 2010, with a new,
contemporary look including great new features such as booth
seating for dining with TV's in them.
With the emphasis being on the food we have plenty of dining
space. We have however a pool table & plenty of screens showing Sky
Sports so you won't miss that important game. It is stylishly decorated with new fixtures &
fittings with rich, warm, coloured decor. Come along and

in a residential area in the heart of Buckhurst Hill
you will find The Monkhams.
With quite a few other pubs around this is known as
being friendly with quality service and beers.
Having been refurbished to a Hungry Horse Summer
2010 our emphasis is on food and offer a great
choice of meals for all the family at great prices,
look out for our food offers. The building
dates back to the turn of the 20th Century but has a
modern look inside. We have numerous screen's
positioned around the bar for maximum visibility to
watch the sport. There is a choice of seating,
we even have booth seating with TV's in them which
is great for keeping the kids entertained. Monkhams
is a good locals pub for people to enjoy watching
'the match' as well or a game of people as well as
us welcoming diners who may be passing us by. Come
