Just off the High Street of the village-like old town of
Harlow, The Marquis of Granby is a
friendly and very welcoming public house. Following a
refurbishment in the early part of 2007, we have a fresh new look,
giving us a more modern feel, with up to the minute facilities such as
wireless internet access. Some of the beams date back 500 years
and are chocolate coloured with biscuit coloured walls. Being the heart of the
community we look after our valued customers with a fantastic range of
real ales, good sport shown on the big screen and delicious pub food
every day until 9pm.
For dining, the fantastic Two for One menu offers a varied range of
dishes, with most at Two for One prices. Ideal as a drinking pub, our customers enjoy talking with friends over
their pint. There is always a really good atmosphere, with
friendly banter. Split into 3 small sections you can have privacy or talk
with groups. All in all this is an adult pub which prides itself
on offering excellent hospitality in a town setting.
