Our mouth-watering new Autumn Winter menu offers a range of your favourite Chef & Brewer dishes. We also have a great selection of new dishes - so whether it's a platter to share with friends, a delicious starter or a classic main course, we have something to suit everyone! Try our new range of delicious platters, including our impressive Chef & Brewer platter or perhaps choose one of the Chef & Brewer favourites, including the Winter Pie Platter and scallops and black pudding.  The Grange is a destination food house on the A12 in Boreham, near Chelmsford. Despite being built fairly recently this pub has open fires for winter warmth and candlelit dining to create an intimate atmosphere. Like all Chef & Brewer pubs we employ high quality Chefs who have superb kitchen facilities. The food can be chosen from a main menu or unique Specials from the chalk boards which allow our Chefs to show their flair! There is a popular range of fresh fish dishes. You will be served meals which have been prepared from the freshest of ingredients and cooked to order. To complement your meal there is an extensive choice of quality wines or a good selection of real ales served to perfection if preferred.
