The Crane was the first pub in the new town of
Basildon!
Situated in a residential area, the pub is traditional looking inside, open plan
and spread out with no zones. There is a superb friendly atmosphere
created by our clientele who are 25 years old and above, and helpful staff. People in the know reckon this is the best pub in the area,
helped by being trouble and drugs free. This allows us to offer a very comfortable
place to enjoy good conversation. As well as the Sport on
the big screen, there is a pool table and darts board to keep your eye in and
teams welcoming new members.
We hold a selection of fun entertainment old and new such as a disco, live
music and a quiz night. We also make an effort to raise money
for local charities. You can order a freshly cooked pizzas any time of the
day to eat in or take away if you wish. If you are in the area, come and see us soon and join
