The
Frog & Ferret is an old fashioned style, adult pub off
the busy bypass in a quiet street. Originally a Coaching Inn the
pub has a traditional interior with a single bar. We provide a
warm and welcoming atmosphere to relax and chat over quality
pints of beer and real ale. Popular with the locals we have a good
friendly atmosphere. Real ales are the biggest draw here, with us
winning the CAMRA Real Ale Pub of Durham in 1997 and being entered in
the Good Beer Guide in 2006. Gordon, the new landlord, hopes to see
you soon and will guarantee you a warm welcome.
