The White Hart is a family run, good
old fashioned, ivy covered pub, steeped in history,
situated on a busy road near a roundabout in
Longham. People feel comfortable to just have a drink
here and are not pressurised to dine. However when they see our
homemade pies which are very popular it is very
difficult not to try one! We struggle to keep
up with demand - once you have one I'm sure it won't
be your last! Inside is one large bar, very
traditional with low, beamed ceilings with about
a third set up for dining. We have
approximately 60
seats altogether and can cater for gatherings of up
to 23 people. We welcome local workers who pop
in after work at 5pm for a well earned cold quality
drink and during August the hay makers often finish
earlier. Our clientele during the summer also
includes tourists and visitors to local attractions
such as Monkey World, the golf club close by and the
nearby beach.
We are a great place to pop in for a drink or a spot
of lunch You are assured of a warm,
friendly welcome when you come and see us. |
