The Stour Inn, Blandford Forum.

You are always guaranteed a warm and friendly welcome at The Stour Inn which is a 400 year old Grade II listed building.  Set in the village of Blandford St. Mary on the edge of the Georgian town of Blandford Forum in North Dorset, the pub has been run by the same people for a number of years now which shows in the quality of the food, drink and service.  We are the closest pub to the brewery serving quality award winning Badger Beers, ales, wines, spirits and a good selection of juices.  In keeping with the age of the pub it is of traditional decor with wood panelling on most of the walls and a selection of interesting photos of the town around the bar.  Outside we now have a beautiful, award winning garden where we can offer al fresco dining during the summer months.  Nearby places of interest include Monkey World, the  beaches at Weymouth, Bournemouth and Dorset with Lulworth Cove also within easy reach.  Our clientele include the local regulars, visitors from the many campsites around us along with other holiday makers and day trippers coming to dine here and take advantage of the garden in the summer months.  With such a mixed clientele, why not join them at this delightful pub next time you are near.
