 The
Ship Inn is to be found in the
village of Wool, close to attractions which include Monkey World, the Tank
Museum and Corfe Castle. The front of the building is listed and
the pub has records of smuggler connections dating
back to 1827. Inside this is a traditional English
pub with beams and fireplaces. The public bar
with the TV is totally separate from the lounge bar.
This has about 30 covers and the restaurant has
about 50 covers. You can dine throughout the
venue. Good homemade pub food is served from an
extensive menu, offering a range of freshly prepared
dishes throughout the day. As well as being a
popular dining venue, it is a village pub with many
regular locals coming along to enjoy a drink and
maybe watch some Sport in the public bar.
Outside there is an outdoor children's play area to
keep our younger visitors occupied whilst the adults
chill out over a meal or drink. Come and join
