The
Scott Arms is located on a hilltop overlooking Corfe
Castle in Wareham and fantastic views of the Dorset countryside. The
building dates back to 1650 and is rambling and pretty with ivy clad walls
and a fantastic garden which seats 400 comfortably! Inside has
retained some original features like the log fires, which are lit in the
winter and has some local photos on the walls. People come from near and
far to take in the views and enjoy a local ramble as we have some of the
best walking routes in England. The food is mostly freshly prepared
and cooked to order from a varied main menu and Specials board. There
is a selection of wines to complement your meal or a choice of real ales if
preferred. If you are looking to hold a private party we have a room
available to suit most occasions. Make sure you climb the
hill next time you are in the area and allow the whole family to take in the
atmosphere of this special pub.
