English Ale Festival in celebration of St George.
Come and take part in our new English Ale Festival, running
until the 28th May. As well as a number of English cask ales you
can request us to source locally brewed beers! In addition to
superb beers we have launched a newsletter with lots of helpful
information. You can also take part in our collector scheme,

 Malt & Hops and
Cool Bar are two pubs under one roof and
very much a venue with a difference! Located near a residential area and
High Street, just a minute from the beach, we are famous for Rock and one of the
best pubs for Sport in the vicinity. With no less than 21 TVs, including
plasma screens and a big screen, the game can be seen from anywhere!
Football Crazy! Every night is Party Night, attracting many regulars,
visitors to the area and passers by who hear the music and are drawn in.
Food is served from a main menu all day every day and our Sunday roast is a
particular favourite. The well stocked bars have a couple of real ales and
a fine selection of discounted drinks. One of the pubs, usually the Cool
Bar because it is the smaller, can be hired out for private parties. The
Steam Bar can hold 400! Live music is held in the Malt & Hops and
regular Saturday theme night have a fantastic atmosphere. Both pubs have air conditioning
