The
Kings Arms is
located in the centre of Shaftesbury. The front door of the pub is on Bleke Street, but
the entrance most used is from the Bleke Street car park. We are
within a few minutes walk of the famous Shaftesbury Gold Hill.
This is a traditional looking pub, with the
exception of the new oak flooring and magnolia
wallpaper. There is dark wood and beams plus a
fantastic huge welcoming fire place. The open plan
layout does have some little alcoves for extra
privacy. This is very much a place where
people meet for a drink, rather than a circuit bar
and is particularly popular at weekends when live
music is on the bill most Saturdays and sometimes
Friday as well! Come and meet the clientele
next time you are in town and see what we have to
offer.
