Crown Hotel, Blandford ForumCrown Hotel nestles on the edge of the idyllic Dorset market town of Blandford Forum with views across the Stour River Water Meadows to one side and the town to the other.  Inside is full of history and there has been an Inn on the site since 1300!   1700 saw it as the Coaching House as we are half way between Exeter and London.  This is a beautiful venue with 32 bedrooms which has a very popular bar and restaurant perfect for hotel guests as well as non residents. We offer quality food which is served in our bar area or in the restaurant.  There are two suites which are suitable for meetings and functions. We are close to the brewery and visitor's centre.  Blandford is home to Europe's largest army camp - the Royal Signals - with it's museum which is popular with tourists and we are only four miles away from the National Trust's Kingston Lacey House with it's stately home and gardens.   We are more than welcome to retell the history of the Crown Hotel to our guests if they have the time.  This is a venue to come and see as soon as you can.
