The Charlton Inn is located in the village of Charlton Marshall, a perfect spot for visitors to Blandford, Wimborne and Poole and within a twenty minute drive of the channel ferry and Dorset’s beautiful coastline. Popular with characters from the surrounding villages, the bar is a lively place to have a drink and put the world to rights. Many a visitor has been drawn into the friendly atmosphere, but those looking for a little privacy, maybe for an informal business meeting, will seek out one of many quiet corners away from the main bar. The pub has a 30's feel to it and is very clean and modern. History of both the village and brewery are displayed on the pub walls. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings are particularly busy but generally the Charlton Inn has a relaxed dining atmosphere making it the place to be for both regular locals and visitors to the area. Come and see us next time you are in the area. You may decide to prolong your stay with an overnight stopover in our comfy accommodation.
