 A few minutes drive from Exeter
City Centre you will find The Railwayman
close to Polsloe Bridge railway station. This John Barras style pub is a
one bar operation and, since coming under new management in February 2005,
many improvements have been made. Food is served from a main
menu and Specials board which can be eaten anywhere in the pub or out in the
garden during the summer. To complement your meal you have an excellent
choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. With a mostly regular locals clientele we are very popular
for Sport, with all major matches shown on the two big screens.
There is also a pool table and darts board for more active games.
