The Mount Pleasant is situated in Plymouth City Centre, opposite the Plymouth Pavilions concert venue. It is a two minute walk from The Hoe and city centre. Comfortable brand new letting rooms are now available, one of which can sleep up to 4 people and there is secure car parking for guests, as well as nearby car parking for customers at the pub. At weekends we hire the pub out for functions, weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, retirements - in fact any type of function, including charity events! We have a choice of buffet menus to suit any occasion and can provide karaoke or a DJ if required. Although the pub is only two minutes from the City Centre it tends to attract a more mature clientele, the average age being 25+, a big percentage of this being female who tend to enjoy the mellow atmosphere. Music is played via a background audio system, so is totally under the control of the management. We also have a dedicated disabled toilet and disabled access to the pub, which is very spacious and easy to get around. Mick and his helpful team look forward to seeing you soon.
