Ye Olde Fleece Inn

Ye Olde Fleece Inn is a true olde worlde traditional pub, with a fine selection of beers and quality bar food served from an extensive menu.  The pub is the oldest in Kendal, situated on the main street and has become a well established meeting point and social centre since 1654.  In the 1600's we were an open air slaughterhouse and butchers.  We have retained the mullioned windows and ancient beams from this time.  Very popular for our food, this is an excellent place to relax with friends by the open fire.  The pub is deceptively large with a separate function room, which accommodates up to 65 people for all types of occasions.  With our charming, friendly atmosphere we are a pub not to be missed.
