The Curwen Arms pub, Workington The Curwen Arms is a traditional looking pub, very inviting with lots of wood and oak.  We serve excellent pub food and everything is prepared from fresh ingredients, not frozen and cooked to order including our real chips, just like mother used to make.  Situated in the centre of Workington there have been many changes to the Curwen Arms in the last few years.  Formerly the Sportsman, the pub was refurbished in early 2002.  The two nightclubs which used to be housed here are gone and it is now somewhere you can relax, enjoy a quiet drink, a game of pool or darts or a super meal.  Friendly staff are here to welcome everyone, so come and visit us soon!

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
