All of our Carvery joints come from
British Red Tractor Assured Farms that ensure the safety and
welfare of their animals, whilst protecting and caring for the
environment. We only source the very best British meats and
seasonal vegetables, so our Carvery offer changes every day.
Today’s roasted meats will be
usually a choice of 3 of the following:
Matured Saxon British beef, Norfolk turkey, Stuffed belly of
Norfolk pork, Leg of Yorkshire pork, Outdoor bred British gammon,
West Country shoulder of lamb.
All served with a homemade Yorkshire pudding, chipolata sausage
and stuffing. Choose from a selection of freshly prepared
vegetables and potatoes. Top it all off with our roast onion (v)
or roast meat gravy.
Monday to Saturday £4.99.
Sunday £8.95.
If you do not fancy a Carvery meal
our Table menu has a comprehensive range of the best pub food
dishes. Why not try our 'Homemade Pie of the Day' served with
your choice of Carvery vegetables.

 On the outskirts of Warrington you will find the
Walton Arms in the small
village of Higher Walton.
We had a refurbishment in Winter Spring
2010 redecorating throughout. This destination food house, built in
the 1800's, is situated next to Walton Hall Golf Course, opposite Walton
Gardens Country Park and the Bridgewater Canal. We have a contemporary style carvery, as
opposed to a country carvery. Inside there are
two separate areas which lead through to each other with a 110 cover restaurant
which has a large open fire and offers full
waitress service. Here the carvery is not just for Sundays but
available all week along with vegetarian and fish options. The bar
has three small fires for winter warmth and its own menu. Outside
there is a patio area with umbrellas and during the summer months you
can enjoy your meal al fresco, weather permitting and the wooden pergola can act as a smoking shelter. This is
definitely a venue worth travelling a little distance out of your way to
try, so we look forward to meeting you here soon. |
