available.

 On the outskirts of Warrington you will find the
Walton Arms in the small
village of Higher Walton. This destination food house, built in
the 1800's, is situated next to Walton Hall Golf Course, opposite Walton
Gardens Country Park and the Bridgewater Canal. Refurbished to a
high standard in May 2007, we are now a contemporary style carvery, as
opposed to a country carvery. Inside there are
two separate areas which lead through to each other with a 110 cover restaurant
which has a large open fire and offers full
waitress service. Here the carvery is not just for Sundays but
available all week along with vegetarian and fish options. The bar
has three small fires for winter warmth and its own menu. Outside
there is a patio area with umbrellas and during the summer months you
can enjoy your meal al fresco, weather permitting and the wooden pergola can act as a smoking shelter. This is
definitely a venue worth travelling a little distance out of your way to
try, so we look forward to meeting you here soon.
