Stuart's
Table at the Farmers Arms is located
in the beautiful Cheshire countryside in Huxley. This fine old
building dates back to the 16th Century and is thought to have been used as
a field hospital during the Civil War! Being family friendly the venue
is laid out like a house and, without any machines or loud music, being
sociable relies on the art of conversation. Food is served from an
interesting, ever changing menu which offers the best of British with a
European influence. Meals are prepared from fresh, seasonal produce
and cooked to order. To complement your meal there is a great
selection of wines to choose from and some real ales if preferred.
Children's meals are the same as the adults but of a smaller size and price.
Stuart has been here since 2002 and, together with his Head Chef, has made
this a rather special destination food house. Be sure to put this on
your 'must try soon' list and find an excuse to visit Huxley in the near
future. You have a treat in store!
