Situated in an attractive location with woods to the back and a park and lake close by, The Poacher is a modern pub.  The pub was built of brick and wood at the same time as the surrounding private housing estate 15 years ago.  Because of our situation we welcome horse riders.  Inside you will find a friendly traditional atmosphere where there is a wide selection of drinks and food available.  Meals are served daily from a good value pub food menu.  Being very locally based we offer great entertainment throughout the week, showing matches on the big screen plus pool and darts teams playing regularly.  We welcome newcomers, who will not be disappointed by what we have on offer.  This is a good location to enjoy the outdoor surroundings.  The friendly staff and regulars look forward to welcoming you.
