The Piper is located in Hoole, just 10 minutes drive from Chester City centre.  If you know this pub of old then you must make another visit soon.  We had a major redevelopment in September 2004, it is now a comfortable, modern pub with a trouble free, female friendly environment.  Outside there is a patio to the front of the pub with plenty of bench seating.  Inside the couches and comfy seating areas give a relaxed ambience welcoming you to come with friends or colleagues, enjoy a meal or drink and hold good conversation.  The stress free, calm atmosphere is unspoilt by loud music or TVs.  After 8pm candles are put on the tables and the lights are dimmed!  Food is served from an extensive menu and specials board giving a fantastic choice of main meals, snacks, sandwiches etc.  There is an equally good range of red and white wines to choose to complement the meal.  Children are allowed in until 8pm when accompanied by dining adults but there is no special menu for them.  The bar offers an impressive selection of real ales and bottled products.  Come along soon and try out this newly invigorated venue where the friendly team look forward to seeing you.
