 The Norton Arms is located in a quiet village setting near the
castle. Built in 1758, it is an attractive, listed building, which
through the years has kept its
traditional ambience with old beams and local pictures throughout the pub. In
Summer 2007 the outside of the Norton received a revamp and now has a
clean, fresh look which is set of beautifully be our bright blooms!
We attract a good regulars clientele of a mixed age range and office workers
often spend their lunch breaks with us having a tasty meal or a drink with
colleagues. The large enclosed beer garden to the back of the pub, is a good place to chill out on
a sunny summers day. Or you can watch the world go by from the terraced
area to the front of the pub, which overlooks the village. We hold
two,
well attended quizzes a week, sport is shown on large plasma screens and one off events are arranged at bank holidays. Every
Thursday we hold our ever popular
'Rock-Stalgia' night which showcases some of the best rock anthems from
across the world. Our
refurbished large function
room is a popular choice for all types of special occasion. Don't delay coming to
