Hare & Hounds
is located in
the village of Lowton just a ten minute drive from Leigh. Formerly old
holding cells for prisoners, this pleasant looking pub dates back to the
17th Century. Inside there are low beams and open fires with light green and beige decor
which creates a relaxing environment to enjoy informal
dining or just simply a drink. With soft seating in the
bar area you can comfortably take advantage of our free Wi-Fi access.
Our food can be enjoyed the bar, large dining area or even outside for a
spot of al fresco dining. Entertainment
is held and we show all major sports matches on the TVs.
Children are catered for with a small indoor play area. If you are in the area come
