Our mouth-watering new Autumn Winter menu offers a range of your favourite Chef & Brewer dishes. We also have a great selection of new dishes - so whether it's a platter to share with friends, a delicious starter or a classic main course, we have something to suit everyone! Try our new range of delicious platters, including our impressive Chef & Brewer platter or perhaps choose one of the Chef & Brewer favourites, including the Winter Pie Platter and scallops and black pudding.  The Butley Ash is the only pub in the small rural hamlet of Butley, close to Prestbury and some three miles from Macclesfield. Originally an old Coaching House, it has an olde worlde charm with old wooden beams and a traditional theme. The extensive beer garden is popular throughout the summer months, and we have a pagoda which is handy for smokers in the cooler weather. People travel from Manchester which is 15 miles and Stockport just 8 miles away, to enjoy the dining experience and atmosphere here which is noticeable as soon as you walk through the door. The pub is open plan with sectioned off areas. If coming to dine here you can choose to eat wherever you like, including the garden and patio. There are plenty of delicious meals available from our varied menu. The fine selection of wines can accompany your meal or why not have a real ale if preferred.
