At the heart of our Chef & Brewer is the chef who delights in creating daily changing Specials using fresh ingredients. Selected for their seasonality, our ingredients really matter to us. Combined with care and freshly cooked for you, our dishes deliver the best of traditional pub food and more. We offer a range of great value menus throughout the week, so you can be assured that great quality Chef & Brewer food does not cost the earth.
Our mouth-watering new Autumn Winter menu offers a range of your favourite Chef & Brewer dishes. We also have a great selection of new dishes - so whether it's a platter to share with friends, a delicious starter or a classic main course, we have something to suit everyone! Try our new range of delicious platters, including our impressive Chef & Brewer platter or perhaps choose one of the Chef & Brewer favourites, including the Winter Pie Platter and scallops and black pudding.  The Bulls Head is a traditional looking pub, opposite a farm, in the rural setting of Handforth, near Wilmslow. Fairly open plan inside, there are a couple of real fires and candles are lit on the tables at night. Despite being a destination food house we also have a good proportion of customers who use us as their local. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and we have an excellent choice of real ales and bottled products available at the bar. Like all Chef & Brewer pubs we employ high quality Chefs who have superb kitchen facilities. The food can be chosen from a main menu or unique Specials from the chalk boards which allow our Chefs to show their flair! You will be served meals which have been prepared from the freshest of ingredients and cooked to order. To complement your meal there is an extensive choice of quality wines. There are 130 covers inside and a further 40 in the garden for the summer months. The Bulls Head is an excellent choice to enjoy a truly memorable dining experience.
