 The Dolphin
is a traditional Old English pub
located in
the quaint village of Melbourn which is scattered with thatch roofed cottages.
We are close to the town of Royston having easy access to the A505
and we also welcome people who are visiting the Imperial War Museum
in Duxford. Inside, as you would expect, this venue has a traditional decor.
There is
a sense of community here as the local regulars enjoy a drink with
friends while they maybe have a game of pool or darts alongside people
visiting us from the surrounding areas. There are two pool
teams which run from the Dolphin and
also two football teams.
Food is served from a main menu with regularly changing Specials.
Your meal can be complemented by a delicious glass of wine or a real
ale if preferred. We welcome families and have a play frame in
the garden for our younger visitors to enjoy whilst the adults have
