 The
Crab & Winkle is a modern and
attractive pub that was built by the Peterborough Development
Corporation roughly 30 years ago. We share a car park with the
local shop, estate-agents and Chinese take-away and there is also a NatWest Cash machine nearby.
There is a very relaxed and
comfortable feel, an adult orientated pub, and discourage
bad language and raised voices. You can come to "the
crab" and have a relaxing drink after a hard days work and start to
unwind without the stress, crowds, noise and loud music that is all too
common to some of the younger generation pubs. The
Crab & Winkle is a very female friendly pub, which in turn provides
a trouble free environment for you to come and enjoy a drink. We
serve both the local community and non-locals alike wishing to dine out, as we have a good reputation in the
pub food trade, serving better than average pub food from our own daily
changing menus, offering a range of home cooked dishes not the
pre-packed plastic stuff you sometimes see. Our warm
