It ranges from traditional favourites such as fish and chips and steaks to freshly made pizzas and pastas with the chef’s daily specials showcasing the finest market fresh ingredients. There’s something for everyone and for all occasions too. You don’t have to go for the full works if you don’t want to, just have a snack and a lovely drink in the bar with your friends.
Brampton Mill
is an interesting pub / dining venue located in the village of Brampton, within
five minutes
drive of the A1(M), close to Brampton Race Course, with
villages such as St Ives nearby. We re-opened in February
2009 following a major refurbishment and now offer a premium dining
experience with fantastic food, all cooked in-house from scratch.
Inside, this can
be enjoyed
in the bar or restaurant in fantastic surroundings with three roaring log fires. Set back from the road in a
beautiful setting beside the River Ooze, there is a working watermill to
the front of the building which pushes water underneath the pub. The
Mill overlooks the river on both sides
with boats
and the
marina alongside, making the newly landscaped gardens an ideal spot in summertime to enjoy a refreshing drink or dine al fresco.
Full waitress service is offered inside and out. The jumbrellas,
lighting and heaters mean you can dine outside for longer. Being surrounded by
plenty of country and riverside walks, we attract many ramblers to come in
for some refreshment. We are mostly food led and well known and
respected in the area for our friendly service and quality food. Come and visit this unusual venue soon
