Nags Head PhotoIn the village of Great Linford, just outside Milton Keynes you will find The Nags Head.  This 15th Century olde worlde thatched cottage has original beams, low ceilings and two real fireplaces.  Since having a sparkle in October 2004 all is fresh and bright with new paint and carpets.  Sport is viewed on a big & wide screens and two other TVs in the public bar where there is also a darts board.  Food from the varied main menu is very popular and can be eaten in the lounge or elsewhere in the pub.  Our clientele includes business people and workers at lunchtime during the week and students at weekends.  There is a high percentage of local regulars but we also have visitors from the nearby canal during the summer.  This is a trouble free pub with a friendly atmosphere.  It is well worth popping in next time you are in the area.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
