Recently refurbished, The
Lakeside is located as part of a complex on
National Trust land beside two lakes. We are very popular with
tourists and ramblers, especially in summer when they come to enjoy our
very large beer garden and patio area which overlooks the lake and can
seat 200 people. Part of the Two For One group, we offer quality pub
food at a
value for money price. The Two for One deal lets you simply order two
adult main meals and get the cheapest one free. The complex has a wide range of activities
including windsurfing, canoeing and bike hire. There is a miniature
railway, ducks and geese on the lake and an outdoor children's play
area. The Premier Inn next door even has a Health Suite so there
