 Located two miles from Reading town centre
The Three Tuns
is in a residential area close to the University, very conveniently at the
terminus for the No 17 bus!! You need go no further, you have
arrived! We have a really friendly, loyal clientele from across the
board. During the day we are popular with University lecturers and
local workers who drop in for a relaxing drink or a good lunch and in the
evening the students come. Food can be chosen from the menu or Specials board which includes such favourites as liver and onions, 'just
like mother used to make'. We have no trouble here and women are quite
happy to come in alone. With a pool team and sky, sport
is a very popular part of what we have to offer and if you just want to
watch a match there are 6 screens to choose from. If it is a sporting
venue, a good meal or a traditional pint you are looking for you will always
be given a fine welcome.
