The Queen's Hotel
has undergone an extensive room refurbishment in May
2008 and now boasts 14 immaculate en-suite rooms. All
rooms have digital flatscreen TVs, free WiFi and tea and
coffee making facilities. In the Queens Hotel you will
find the perfect blend of the warmth and charm of the
old inn with the best in contemporary style and comfort.
In addition, our fantastic cooked and continental
breakfast is included in your room rate with our
complements. Newbury is a small friendly town and
in addition to its collection of lovely shops it has a
bustling markets on a Thursday and Saturday and the Corn
Exchange arts centre offers a programme of theatrical
entertainment. For those seeking complete relaxation,
the Berkshire Downs offer breathtaking and beautiful
countryside as well as tranquil walks along the old
pathways beside the Kennet and Avon Canal. The
heart and soul of the hotel is the pub itself and the
