In the affluent and very pretty village of Thatcham you will
find the Old Chequers. This is a former Coaching Inn built in 1625
and now offers a good selection of pints and other drinks to suit
everyone. Within this very attractive pub there is a food led operation which draws people
from all around. We have built up a good reputation for food and
we offer clientele delicious food which can
be chosen every day from a varied main menu. Sundays are
particularly popular with a value for money home cooked roast. Old
