Narrow Boat PhotoPreviously known as the White House Inn, The Narrow Boat is a modern looking pub with comfy leather sofas situated on the main road on the outskirts of Newbury.  Outside, the large beer garden with seating all around offers a good family venue for the warm sunny days of summer.  There is a bridge leading to a play area for our younger visitors with plenty to occupy them whilst you relax over a quality drink from the bar or a bite to eat.  Food is all freshly prepared and cooked to order.  Daily specials are available beside the varied main menu.  To complement the meal there is a range of 24 wines and 3 or 4 real ales if preferred.  Choices, choices...!  Come along soon and meet the regulars and passers by who make this the sociable venue it is.  You will be given a very warm welcome.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
