The Cross Keys pub, Pangbourne.

The Cross Keys is a 16th Century Inn, opposite the Parish Church is one of Pangbourne's oldest buildings and certainly one of it's quaintest.  At the rear is a most attractive patio with a gazebo where you can sit and relax by the trickling River Pang, the river upon which Kenneth Grahame's 'Wind in the Willows' is based.  Open from 11am every day, you can enjoy a relaxing drink by the river, a light lunch or delicious meal, cooked from locally sourced produce wherever possible, so you can be sure of the freshest ingredients on your plate.  There is a range of wines to complement your meal or a selection of real ales if preferred.  Come and treat yourself next time you are in this part of the country.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
