Rose & Crown Photo
The
Rose & Crown is an attractive 300 year old traditional country pub situated in Ridgmont on the A507 mid-way between Ampthill and Woburn - not far from Junction 13 of the M1. Historically, this old Coaching Inn used to belong to the Duke of Bedford's estate and today it plays a central part in village life. With Woburn Safari Park just a few yards away and Milton Keynes within easy reach we attract a varied clientele of families, walkers and day-trippers alongside holiday makers staying on our caravan park and campsite behind the pub.  Inside we have two bars and a raised dining area.  We serve quality home cooked food from a main menu and this can be enjoyed al fresco in the large garden if the weather permits!  There are two outdoor play areas - each for different age groups - to keep our younger visitors amused while the adults have a quiet pint and a chat.  Come and join us next time you are in the area.  You will be given a relaxed, friendly welcome which is sure to encourage you to come and see us again and again.

When you visit the pub please let the staff know you have seen it on Pub Explorer.
