 Being the only pub in the
small village of Thurleigh The Jackal
is easy to find, located on the main street through the village. The
pub has a traditional partly thatched appearance with
open fires inside. We are a popular destination, customers coming from a 10
mile radius to enjoy our hospitality, good beer and delicious food, all of
which can be verified by our listings and awards shown above, which speak for
themselves. Our excellent cuisine which is all
freshly prepared and cooked to order is available in the non smoking, modern bistro style restaurant
which has 30 covers and which was refurbished to a high standard in
October 2004. In addition we hold
food theme nights which offer you a taste of the world with all food
prepared to our usual high standard. A range of new world
wines is available to choose from to accompany your meal. For the duration of
the summer months, you may like to relax in the sun in our substantial
beer garden, which is off the road and safely enclosed for the children.
