Our bar area has comfortable leather sofas, and
two real log fires, to while away
the cold winter months! In the
Summer, it is a hive of activity,
with canal boats passing the front
door, and a great opportunity to
soak up any rays we may get.
Our 60 seater restaurant is open to
diners seven days a week, for
luncheon and evening dinner, and we
are as famous for our food as for
our location. We can cater for your
party from 2 to 60 diners. We have
informal seating for diners in our
bar and, when weather permits,
canal-side seating too.

on the edge of the Grand Union Canal, The Globe
Inn is an idyllic pub/restaurant for all age groups to enjoy,
for a special occasion or just a casual meeting. A cottage type
place with beautiful gardens and roaring log fires during colder
periods, everything about this Inn is inviting. Entertain the
little ones on our outside play area, and feed them with their own
special menu. Our traditional and friendly atmosphere warms
everyone’s hearts, as does our exceptional quality food. Our restaurant
is open seven days a week, and booking is highly recommended. Our evenings are enhanced by
candlelight and during the winter months open fires add to the warm
welcome. Enjoy our range of well-kept cask conditioned ales with a meal
