Idyllically situated on the
banks of the river, The Falcon is a
destination food house. Traditional in style it has retained many
original features such as wooden beams. A former Coaching Inn, we
are located on the outskirts of Bletsoe village and are rumoured to have
our own
ghost! Indeed there is a history of strange goings on, some of which is
documented in 'Ghostly Bedfordshire' by Damien O'Dell! Famous for
our food, all meals are
prepared and cooked to order from the freshest of produce, so you can be
sure to be presented with a most delicious and satisfying
dish. A selection of carefully chosen, well balanced wines which are not overpriced are available and offer the ideal
accompaniment to any meal. Why not conclude your time here with a
speciality coffee? You can relax with a thirst-quenching beverage
during the warmer weather in our large garden which leads to the river or patio
area. This means
you can make the most of the British summer. In the winter time we
have a welcoming open log fire in the entrance. Our team are here to guarantee your visit to the Falcon Inn
is a pleasant one.
