Our passion is chargrilling, because we're passionate about food. We only use the finest cuts of steak from traditionally reared cattle fed predominantly on grass to ensure exceptional flavour and tenderness. Our steaks are expertly prepared by a British family run firm of butchers and matured for a minimum of 28 days before being seared on the chargrill for that special Beefeater taste! Today on our menu you'll also find succulent chicken, fish and lamb grills as well as fabulous salads.

This purpose built pub / restaurant has an open plan structure. Fully refurbished to a high standard in March 2007, the look is more contemporary and stylish. The Brache's restaurant seats 220 people and has leather booth seating available for more intimate dining, and the bar seats a further 80. We are just 1 mile from Luton airport and on the verge of Luton town centre, next to Vauxhalls head office.
